Érivan-Gécom inc. operates this site. This policy sets out what personal information is collected here, why, and what happens to it.

What we collect

This site collects no personal information until you fill in a form. There is no account, no profile and no advertising tracking.

• Contact form: your name, your email, your organization if you give one, your phone number if you give one, and the content of your message.
• Application form: the same information, plus the position you are applying for.
• Server logs: IP address, date, page requested and browser, kept briefly by the host for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your request or process your application. Your information is never sold, rented, traded, or used to send you communications you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Contact requests are kept for as long as it takes to handle the file and any business follow-up that comes out of it. Applications are kept for at most twenty-four months, then destroyed. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

Who has access

The people in the company who need to handle your request. The site is hosted by a provider based outside Canada; messages pass through its servers before reaching the company inbox.

Your rights

Quebec's private-sector privacy legislation gives you the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask for its deletion. Write to us through the contact form to exercise those rights. We answer within thirty days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Forms are transmitted encrypted. There is no database and no login area, which keeps the exposed surface small.
